What we do
We work in seven areas. You can come to us for any one of them, or have us connect several into one system.
Services
Screens are studio concepts with made-up data
Where to start
Pick the situation closest to yours, and we’ll show you where we’d begin and which services fit.
There’s no product yet, but you know who needs it and why.
Discovery · from $400We start with a call and a one-page brief: what people will do in the product, what the smallest useful version looks like, and a budget range. Then we move on to planning.
Your site, system or app works, but tasks keep piling up and there’s nobody to take them on.
Audit · from $400We start with an audit of the code, infrastructure and access. You get a report with priorities and a plan, and then we work through it in short cycles.
Spreadsheets, messengers, the CRM and accounting don’t talk to each other, so people copy data by hand.
Discovery · from $400We start by mapping your data: which systems are involved and what moves between them. Then we either connect them or build one system in their place.
You can start small. Discovery, a pilot or the full project. It’s up to you.
Discovery
We dig into the task and how your process works today, then draw up a screen map and a plan with a budget range. You keep all of it, even if we don’t go any further together.
- Screen map
- Work plan
- Budget range
Pilot
We take on one task whose result you can check, or build the first working version of the product. Then we look at what came out and decide together whether to keep going.
- One task, done and checked
- First working version
- A decision on next steps
Full project
We plan, design, build, launch and support the product. You pay by milestones, see progress every week, and the code and access belong to you.
- Paid by milestones
- Progress every week
- Code and access are yours
How we price
Scenarios
A landing page has one route to a request. A web service can have dozens
Screens
Unique screens are designed one by one, template screens only once
Integrations
Each link to a CRM, payments or accounting is its own piece of work
Requirements
Extra languages, accessibility, high load and security all add work
