1. General
This policy describes what data the ITtector website (the “Site”) collects, why it is used, who it is shared with and how to delete it.
The data controller is the ITtector studio (the “Controller”); contractor details are on the “Company details” page. Contact for data questions: ittector@gmail.com.
2. What data we collect
Through the request form on the Site we receive only what you enter yourself:
- name (optional)
- a contact: Telegram, phone or email
- task description
- services of interest and a convenient call time (optional)
- the page the request was sent from and the interface language
3. Purpose
The data is used for one purpose — to contact you about your request: reply, book a call, prepare an estimate and a contract.
We do not use request data for newsletters and do not share it with advertising services.
4. Who receives the data
A request is delivered to the studio’s work chat in Telegram (via a bot) and duplicated to the studio’s email. This means the request content is processed by:
- Telegram (messenger; data is processed on Telegram’s servers)
- the studio’s email provider
- the Site’s hosting provider (request logs without request content)
5. Retention
Requests are kept in the studio’s work chat and email until communication about them ends, but no longer than 12 months after the last contact, after which they are deleted. If a contract is signed, data is kept according to the contract and legal requirements.
6. Your rights
You may ask what data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, and withdraw consent. Write to ittector@gmail.com — we reply within 10 working days.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version and effective date are shown at the top of the page.
