AI that takes routine work off your team
We find a task where AI saves your staff real time: reading invoices and contracts, answering clients from your knowledge base, sorting incoming requests. We start with a pilot on one task and measure the result. AI prepares a draft, and someone on your team makes the call.

How we work
- 01
Task and metric
We pick what to automate and decide how we’ll know it worked: accuracy, time saved, how much manual work is left.
- 02
Data
We collect real examples and label a reference set to test against.
- 03
Pilot
We set up the model and a review screen, then measure results against the reference set. You see progress every week.
- 04
Rollout
We build it into the process, train your staff and keep watching the quality.
Before the first call
Didn’t find your question?
Message us on Telegram. Someone from the team will answer you personally.
Message us on TelegramIt depends on the task and on how sensitive the data is. We use cloud models or run them on your server, and for sensitive documents we go with the local option.
Every decision the model makes comes with a confidence score. Low-confidence ones are flagged for a person, and every correction is logged. Your employee stays responsible for the result.
Only if you choose a cloud model, and then only under the provider’s agreement. We can also run the model on your side, and then the data never leaves your network.
Usually a few dozen real examples with the correct answers. They become the reference set we test against.
Then we say so in the report. That’s what a pilot is for: finding out before you spend serious money.
