Websites, CRMs and bots that make your business easier to run

Data & AI

We pull data out of documents, answer questions from your knowledge base and take routine work off people’s plates. Every result can be checked, and a person has the final say.

What changes once it’s all up and running

All requests in one place, each with a status

Requests come in through the website, messengers and email, and nobody’s quite sure which ones got an answer. We put them all in one queue. Every request has a status, and you get a notification when a new one arrives.

Orders and reports live in one system

Every Monday someone pieces the numbers together from different spreadsheets. We build an internal system with orders, user roles and a change history, and the report for management puts itself together.

A website that actually brings in requests

The site says a lot about the company, but it’s not clear what to do next. People scroll for a bit and leave. We rebuild the pages around the visitor’s problem, so they find their own way to the request button. Every request then lands straight in your Telegram.

Stock, orders and invoices update on their own

We connect the website, ERP and warehouse through their APIs, so nobody has to copy data from one to another by hand.

You see results at every stage

There are six stages, and each one ends with something concrete you can keep.

  1. Stage 1 · Analysis

    Discovery

We get on a call, ask questions and figure out your goals and limits. We also look at what you already have: the website, spreadsheets, tools and the people involved.

Result: One-page brief and a rough budget rangeusually 1–3 days
  2. Stage 2 · Prototype

    Planning

We work out what people will do in the product and how the screens fit together, list the integrations, split the work into phases and decide what goes into the first version.

Result: Screen map, estimate and contractusually 1–2 weeks
  3. Stage 3 · Design

    Design

We design the key screens and a UI kit, then put together a prototype you can click through and show your team before development starts.

    Result: Interactive prototypedepends on scope
  4. Stage 4 · Development

    Development

We build in short cycles. Once a week you get a link to the test version and a short note on what’s done and what’s next.

Result: Test version link and weekly reportper estimate
  5. Stage 5 · Launch

    Launch

We test everything, move your data over, set up basic SEO, the domain and email, and show your staff how to use the system.

Result: Acceptance checklist and releaseusually 1 week
  6. Stage 6 · Support

    Support

We fix bugs, watch the monitoring and keep developing the product as planned. The repository, domains and access stay registered to you.

Result: Handover act for code, access and documentationper contract

  • It depends on how many scenarios, screens and integrations you need. Each service has a starting price. We give you the exact figure after a call and put it in the contract before we start.

  • That depends on the scope, so we give you the timeline along with the estimate. There’s no waiting list, and we can start right away.

  • No. Just describe the task in your own words. We work out the structure, scenarios and scope during planning and agree them with you before development starts.

  • Yes. We start with an audit of the code, infrastructure and processes. Then we tell you what can be fixed and what’s better rewritten, and keep improving the project to an agreed plan.

  • In parts. Either by milestones, or a deposit followed by further payments, as set out in the contract. We work with companies and sole proprietors and take payment by bank transfer.

  • You approve the structure and design before we write any code. After that, we show you what we’ve built every week. If something is heading the wrong way, you’ll see it straight away, and we fix it before moving on. You pay in parts, stage by stage.

  • We’re a small team with no chain of approvals, and we use proven tools instead of reinventing them. We also use AI tools in development, but every result goes through human review and tests. This site was built the same way.

  • We stay on. We fix bugs, keep an eye on monitoring and develop the system according to plan. Support can be one-off tasks or a monthly retainer.
