Pulse: booking a doctor without calling reception
Patients book through a bot and a mini app. The administrator sees the schedule and confirms the visit, and nobody has to pick up the phone.
Watch the demoA small clinic takes bookings by phone. The administrator spends the day on calls, patients can’t get through, and some slots stay empty.
We built a Telegram service for it. The bot handles the conversation, the mini app shows which slots are free, and the administrator works from a single schedule.
Booked in a minute
Studio concept · fictional data · no network or databaseThe patient taps “Book” and picks a specialty. The bot answers right there in the chat they already use.
A screen opens for choosing a doctor and a time. Free slots are highlighted and taken ones are hidden.
The administrator sees the new booking and confirms it. The patient then gets a message, and a reminder later on.

Decisions
Chat plus a mini app
The simple steps happen in the chat. Picking a time from a grid happens in the mini app.
Why we chose thisChat suits questions and a time grid suits choosing a slot, so we kept them apart.
The administrator confirms
A booking starts out as a request and becomes an appointment once it’s confirmed.
Why we chose thisThe clinic stays in charge of its schedule and can move an appointment if it needs to.
Reminders
The bot reminds the patient a day before the visit and again two hours before.
Why we chose thisFewer people forget to come, so fewer slots go to waste.
Product UI kit
A white background with a teal accent and big buttons that are easy to hit with a thumb. Specialties get icons instead of doctor portraits.
