A website with a house catalogue and a cost calculator
Leads arrived without size or spec, so a manager spent half the day calling people back just to find out which house they meant.

The problem
The company had a one-page site with a “leave your number” form. House designs lived in PDFs and managers priced them in a spreadsheet. Someone who came from an ad saw no floor plans and no ballpark price, so they left for a builder who showed one.
What we built
- A catalogue of 42 house designs with filters by size, floors and style
- A calculator that uses the same rates as the final estimate
- Each lead lands in the CRM with the chosen design and the estimate
- A page for every house with floor plans and three spec levels

Outcome
- from the first call to launch
- house designs in the catalogue
- spec levels for every house

We used to call back every lead to work out what they actually wanted. Now the CRM already shows the design, the size and the estimate, so the first call starts with specifics.
